The Job Of My Dreams

I would to start saying that the job of my dreams is to be an actress. This life is very busy, but I like. I have lived this life, because I have been on shows L´alqueria Blanca, Sin tetas no hay paraiso and Los protegidos.
In this shows I have always come as an extra, not as an actress.
For a several years I have made a lot of casting ( in Madrid, Valencia, Alicante) to get the job of my dreams. If someday I get, I would like to shoot Spanish films.
Also I would like to study dramatic art, because I think it is very important to become a good actress.
My family I back to my in this adventure, for my is a dream. When you go to a casting, the jury notice very in the appearance, I think for women is more easy that the men.
I like this work for I was a toodler because I liked that I recorded on video and I started to talk and sing, but what I liked best was seeing me on television.
What I most desire is some day I will fulfil my dream, an to be an actress.

Typical recipe from United Kingdom

Chicken, red pepper and brie puff pie

Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ lemon, grated zest and juice
2tsp fresh thyme leaves, or 1 tsp dried
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
320g/11oz jar or 400g/14oz can of red peppers
200g/8oz ripe brie
500g/1lb2oz packet ready-made puff pastry, thawed if frozen
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten, to glaze
3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

Elaboration.

1-. Cut each chicken breast almost in half lengthways and open out to form a large flat fillet. Put each fillet between plastic film and bat out with a rolling pin to flatten. Put in a shallow dish and sprinkle over the lemon zest, juice, salt, pepper, thyme leaves and oil. You can now cook the chicken straight away or leave the fillets to marinate for up to a day covered with plastic film.

 
2-. Heat a large non-stick frying pan or a griddle pan until really hot. Fry the chicken (you will need to do this in batches), turning often, for about 8-10 minutes until browned and just cooked. Remove and leave to cook.

 
3-. Drain the peppers, cut in half and pat dry on kitchen paper. Slice the brie. Roll out the pastry to a 35cm/14in square. Arrange three chicken fillets along the centre third almost to the edges. Cover with half the peppers, then all the brie, followed by the rest of the peppers and finally the remaining chicken fillets, seasoning between the layers as you go.

 
4-. Brush the pastry with beaten egg. Draw up the two long edges over the filling and pinch together following the shape of the filling. Seal the ends, then trim off the excess pastry with scissors or a knife. Pinch the pastry join all along between your fingers, like you would a pasty.

 
5-. Carefully transfer the pie to a damp baking sheet. Brush liberally with egg and sprinkle with parmesan. The pie can now be chilled for up to 24 hours.

 
6-. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6 from cold. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate and cut into thick slices to serve.

The Olympic Gammes are a major international event as winter sports, in which thousands of athletes participate in a variety of competitions.

Olympic Games in the Pyrenees is the best option because in this place there are popular spots for winter sports such as alpine skiing and mountaineering. 

The winter sports that Olympic Games participants will compete are the followiing ones: snowboard, ski jumping, alpine skiing, freestyle skiing, cross country skiing, speed skating, ice hockey, curling, luge, biathlon and bobsleigh.

 The event will be in Station Molina, The Molina is in the region of the Cerdanya, in the province of Gerona. The ski resort is to an altitude of 1,700 meters and 2,445 meters as maximun level. It has 53 tracks, with routes out of the same ones, besides a park of snow and other activities. The Molina has a total of 121 kilometers of tracks, witg a total capacity of 36.260 people.

 

How to arrive: By train Barcelona Sants to the Molina, later in bus to Molina´s tracks.

“THE JOB OF MY DREAMS”

-First of all, I´m going to speak you about the job I would like to have in a future I would love to be an air hostess, in fact, nowadays I´m studying to because one of them.

The reason why I like this job is travelling, I mean, if I become an air hostess, I would be able to know a lot of new countries, a lot of people of different nationalities, etc…

However, there´s also a disadvantage, I will have to be many hours in a plane, and if I get marry in a future, this is not the kind of job for a person who wants to have a family, since I would have to be most of my time abroad.

Nevertheless, I´m not going to think about the disadvantages as I´m too young, and what I really want is to became a good stewardess and live the experience. I´m an optimist person, I look on the bright side of life, and I know I will got  “the job of my dreams”
